We are all witnessing a new trend in our world. People now are more educated. It seems like people are starting to care about the environment. Long before this craze started, there were people who tried to consume less. I think that people who use less energy and recycle are really good people. But, it doesn’t work when there are only a few people who are willing to live like this. It also doesn’t help when the big corporations do not care. It is important for us as the consuming class to make smart choices for our environment. We need to take a stand and tell the big companies what we want. We need to buy things that are eco friendly. It is also very important to try to conserve the natural resources in our home. You can start off by using less water at home. Try to shut the water off when it is not in use. Try to find a toilet bubble that uses less water for the flush. Also it is important to take baths every once in a while as opposed to showers. We can also make sure that we use natural lighting instead of electrical lights. We should try to buy electronic devices that are eco friendly as well. These are the starting times for a better future.

I don’t think that this is a surprise to anyone who is a fan of basketball. I used to be a huge magic johnson fan when i was growing up. I hate michael jordan back then. I hated him because deep down, i knew that he was the best player in the league. I had no idea that he was going to make history during his career. What can i say about this guy. He is the the definition of style. I think that every kid on the block wanted to copy his style. We all wanted to be like mike. We even loved watching his commercials. I think that he put his stamp on the hall of fame right out of the gate. They should have honored him while he was a rookie with the chicago bulls. If you do not know who michael jordan is, then you need to ask somebody. He is the greatest sports figure of all time. I don’t think that this title should be given to any of the new sportsmen. Even the Ali or tiger woods needs to step off for MJ.

I just wanted to share this bit of news with you guys. I am sure that you have already heard the news.

Do you think that celebrities have plastic surgery? This is an obvious thing for me, but i wanted to see what you guys thought. I think that the entertainment machines has created an ugly monster. We like to take something that is natural and turn it into something plastic. We like to something that was already beautiful and create some sort of fake beauty. Our culture celebrates this. This doesn’t just apply to our culture either. There are a lot of performers overseas that do the exact same thing. Let me point out the entertainment industry in South Korea. In South Korea, you don’t have to be talented or pretty to make it in show business. You just need a willingness to change the way your face and body look. When you walk into a talent agent’s office, they will take a look at you and tell you what to fix. They might even refer you to plastic surgeons that do good work. I think that they work the the studios for this.

If you want to become a singer, you don’t have to worry about singing. You just need to lip sync and dance well. The pop business in South Korea is something that makes my stomach feel sick. I think of commercialism at its worst. The people of South Korea are really materialistic. They love brand name items. The irony is that most Korean are Christian. Here is a nation that is rich in history. Here is a proud nation that just threw away it’s past and took on a foreign religion. They do well in the business world because they know how to change quickly.

This blog started as a random ramblings blog. It switched gears and went the direction of the cat. I wrote a post that angered a few cat lovers. So, my traffic has gone down quite a bit. I wanted to go back to my pre cat days. I will post about ramdom musings. I’ll write about whatever is on my mind. I think you have to make your blog fun for you. I haven’t updated this blog because it was taking a lot of my time. It would be worth it if i was getting traffic, but since i wasn’t, it wasn’t fun anymore. I figure writing randome musings is better the not writing at all. I hope you guys will take kindly to the change. Probably none of you read my blog anymore anyway.

Four votes seems to be the cursed number. Gracie managed to get 4 votes but that was not enough to move on to the next round. That might mean that 5 votes in the next round will not be enough! So you have to get every friend you can think of and get them to vote. This week is going to be intense and by week’s end we will know who is the next Cat Idol. My first prediction was wrong about Dustyrose so my next prediction will be right. I feel a shocker coming tomorrow. The mighty Daisy might fall!!! That’s right, I said it, I have a strange feeling Daisy will get eliminated. Could this happen? Check back tomorrow night and find out for yourself.

Latte has nothing to be ashamed of. For a rookie Latte did a great job and will surely do well in the future. This is what happens when you take it easy. Latte got 4 big votes but that was not even enough. I was wrong about Dustyrose getting eliminated. Dustyrose was HOT yesterday! This goes to show that you never know who will get eliminated!!

Wow I can’t believe this! 4 cats are out of the running for Cat Idol. Kneadermeier, Boo, Kaze, and Simba. They all received a vote (1) but that was not enough. The 11 remaining cats are still in it, so if you want your favorite to say in the contest you have to vote.

They keep falling! I had imagined that only one cat will be eliminated per day. But we are losing so many cats every day!!! Tonight it was Zebbie and Samantha whose hopes and dreams of becoming the next Cat Idol have gone away. Poor Kitties, this is what happens when you don’t vote! These cats should not be going home this early. They received ZERO votes. That is very very shocking. Newcomers Dustyrose, Kaze, Jeremy, Napoleon, Latte, and Tybalt continue to shine in their first showing at WOZOG. However don’t discount the veterans Daisy, Orlando, Moses, and others who continue to stay alive. So remember to vote. One slip up and your cat could be eliminated.
