I recently started a diet with my wife. We have been trying to both lose some weight. Right after we got married, we kind of let each other go. We both used to be really athletic and healthy. But soon after we got back home from our honeymoon, we let ourselves go. We started to get really lazy. I started to eat a lot of junk food. We talked things over and decided to live a more healthy life. I started cutting down on the fast food. I also refrained from eating past 8 pm at night. I also cut down the amount of soda that i would consume. These little changes have made me a lot healthier. My wife has lost about 17 pounds. I lose about 8 pounds and gained a few back because of my work out routine. I want to be around 155 pounds. I want to replace the fat in my body with muscle. Since muscle weighs more then fat, i will need to eat a high protein diet. I also need to replace the sugar intake.

My work our routine has changed as well. I used to focus on growing bigger and stronger. I do not do that anymore. I want to be leaner and more tone. I guess i am getting older.

We are all witnessing a new trend in our world. People now are more educated. It seems like people are starting to care about the environment. Long before this craze started, there were people who tried to consume less. I think that people who use less energy and recycle are really good people. But, it doesn’t work when there are only a few people who are willing to live like this. It also doesn’t help when the big corporations do not care. It is important for us as the consuming class to make smart choices for our environment. We need to take a stand and tell the big companies what we want. We need to buy things that are eco friendly. It is also very important to try to conserve the natural resources in our home. You can start off by using less water at home. Try to shut the water off when it is not in use. Try to find a toilet bubble that uses less water for the flush. Also it is important to take baths every once in a while as opposed to showers. We can also make sure that we use natural lighting instead of electrical lights. We should try to buy electronic devices that are eco friendly as well. These are the starting times for a better future.

I spent about 4 hours online watching nature shows. I find our natural world to be really interesting and inspirational. I think that there are so many things that we still do not understand. The mysteries of our world need to be solved. But, for every solved mystery, there will come another mystery. I think that this endless mission is what makes us curious. I think that this is the meaning of live. We should try to learn as much as we can about our world. Before i die, i want to be able to visit new places that i’ve always wanted to visit. I want to be able to fill my brain with knowledge about my world. I want to know more about science and technology. I want to be able to name plants and animals when i go on a safari. I promise that you will learn a thing or two about your surrounding. You will learn about the origin of man. You will learn about birds and mammals. You will also learn about marine life that is alien and fascinating.

When i first started to do some research on Frank Gehry, i learned about his cardboard chair. I looked at the thing and wasn’t very impressed. But, i really liked the idea of his cardboard pieces. I thought that it looked like something a bunch of drunk or stone college kids would make. Maybe he was high when he made it. Regardless, he made it big because of that chair. He branded himself by thinking outside the box. I think that we can all learn from his paper furniture. We can all learn to think a little bit differently.

I have been noticing a lot of different kinds of paper furniture that are coming out into the market. I even bought a few file cabinets that were made out of paper. I have a few storage crates that were made out of paper as well. My wife is creating her own line of paper furniture. She created a lot of really cool designs out of paper. I think that i will invest in her future. I looked into getting some hard and dense paper for her to play with.

I don’t think that this is a surprise to anyone who is a fan of basketball. I used to be a huge magic johnson fan when i was growing up. I hate michael jordan back then. I hated him because deep down, i knew that he was the best player in the league. I had no idea that he was going to make history during his career. What can i say about this guy. He is the the definition of style. I think that every kid on the block wanted to copy his style. We all wanted to be like mike. We even loved watching his commercials. I think that he put his stamp on the hall of fame right out of the gate. They should have honored him while he was a rookie with the chicago bulls. If you do not know who michael jordan is, then you need to ask somebody. He is the greatest sports figure of all time. I don’t think that this title should be given to any of the new sportsmen. Even the Ali or tiger woods needs to step off for MJ.

I just wanted to share this bit of news with you guys. I am sure that you have already heard the news.

I just finished watching the hancock movie starring Will Smith. I wouldn’t waste good money on this movie. But, i rented it on netflix. I avoided this movie during its theater run. I usually do not waste my time with super hero flicks. But, i decided to watch this on dvd because it had jason bateman and charlize theron. I really liked the chemistry between the two of them on arrested development. I wanted to start off by saying that this movie is ridiculous. Even for a super hero movie. This movie didn’t even make any sense. I like the idea though. I like that the super hero is an unlikeable in the beginning. But, the story didn’t hold together that well. The movie was really corny. The scene of hancock in jail seemed really off. Why would any of these prison guys mess with a super hero. It seemed like everyone knew of hancock. So, it is only logical that the prisoners know that he can’t be hurt.

I guess the writers needed to create some sort of conflict. I wish that they can create a super hero movie that actually makes sense. It doesn’t have to be realistic. I just want things to make sense within the frame of the film.

It is important to have a balanced sleep pattern. If you with with someone, you need to try to match the sleep pattern as the person you live with. I have trouble sleeping at night. I have had this problem for over ten years now. I first started noticing this back in college. I would sometimes go to the gym in the middle of the night because i couldn’t fall asleep. I would also spend a lot of time on the internet. I think that i am under a lot of stress. I wish that i could pin point my stress. But, i think that a lot of different things stress me out. I might just be a really stressed out person. I wish that i could become a kid again. I wish that i did not have any worries or concerns. I am constantly thinking of ways to make my life better. I want to become an artist, but i am stuck with my day job. I wish that there was something that i could do. I do not want to try sleeping pills. I tried it once and had a really bad experience. I guess i have to try to wear out my body during the day. Hopefully, i will be able to correct my sleep pattern.

We have a new president in the white house. He is a really popular president. I think that we will start seeing some major changes with this administration. We will see if he can do something about the current economic crisis. We will see if he will fix the health care industry in America. If you understand the health care industry in America, you will know that it is a big mess. We have citizens who can not even go to the doctor’s office when they are ill. If you compare that with other nations, we are in really bad shape. We live in the most powerful nation in the world. We live in the richest nation in the world. Why are out citizens not taken care of by out government? Why are all of the drug companies making huge profits. Why are the big insurance companies making billions of dollars in profit. If you run hospitals like a business, you will have a lot of angry customers. It seems unethical to run a hospital like a business. If someone is dying, you can not send them out to die. You have to treat them. The only problem is that you will create a lot of debt for that person. We need to do something about this catch 22. We need affordable health care for the masses.

I love the business for sale section in inc magazine. I am a regular subscriber to this business magazine. I have been reading it for close to 4 years. I find the articles to be entertaining and insightful. I love looking over the business for sale section because it breaks downs all of the figures of the business. This helps me learn about new industries. It provides me a profile of how these businesses are started. I also can use them as a comparable for other businesses. I was looking over a sawmill that was listed for close to a million dollars. I was surprised at the price of the business. I thought that these types of businesses would require a lot of capital to start up. It turns out that it doesn’t. I have a friend who started his own paper mill in China. I didn’t ask how much he started the business with. But, because of this article, i think that i know how much he started the business with. I think that the business was started with about 300 thousand dollars. That is a reasonable estimate to consider. I think that most businesses require over 200 thousand dollars to start. Online businesses are the only exception.
