vitamin c and the cold
November 9th, 2009 by wozogI recently just recovered from a cold the other day. I was feeling really sick for the past few days. I couldn’t eat or sleep during this time. A lot of people recommended that i drink a lot of orange juice to get the needed vitamin c. I love citrus fruits. I think that it is really cool that vitamin c comes in all of my favorite fruit juices.
I must have drank at least 2 gallons of orange juice. I also made sure that i got a lot of rest while i was sick. If you are suffering from the common cold, you should try to drink a lot of fluids. It is important to hydrate your body while you are ill. It also helps to get a lot of vitamin c into your body. The weather will only get worse in the coming months. Try to stay healthy and warm during these times.
