healthy eating at home
June 25th, 2009 by wozogI recently started a diet with my wife. We have been trying to both lose some weight. Right after we got married, we kind of let each other go. We both used to be really athletic and healthy. But soon after we got back home from our honeymoon, we let ourselves go. We started to get really lazy. I started to eat a lot of junk food. We talked things over and decided to live a more healthy life. I started cutting down on the fast food. I also refrained from eating past 8 pm at night. I also cut down the amount of soda that i would consume. These little changes have made me a lot healthier. My wife has lost about 17 pounds. I lose about 8 pounds and gained a few back because of my work out routine. I want to be around 155 pounds. I want to replace the fat in my body with muscle. Since muscle weighs more then fat, i will need to eat a high protein diet. I also need to replace the sugar intake.
My work our routine has changed as well. I used to focus on growing bigger and stronger. I do not do that anymore. I want to be leaner and more tone. I guess i am getting older.
