sleep schedule out of wack
October 6th, 2008 by wozogMy sleep schedule is all out of wack. It was fine a month ago, but recently, i have been finding it hard to fall asleep. I think that this is caused by stress. I want to live a normal life, but my sleep habits is making it difficult to do that. My wife complains about my sleep schedule. When i am ready to fall asleep, it is time for her to wake up. I think that is it important to have a similar sleep schedule with your spouse. This makes it easier to spend more quality time with each other.
I do a lot of work on my computer. I can do most of it from the comfort of my own home. This makes it easy to sneak out into the home office and do some work when i am not sleepy. I should correct this soon, but i am finding that it isn’t that easy to do.
I do not want to take sleeping pills. I want to be able to fall asleep naturally. I have tried changing my diet and even working out. But, i think that i have way too much in my mind. If you know of any good home remedies, please leave me a comment below.
